Click on the print mode setting you want to import and then click the Import
button.

Click the Close button.
You return to the Print dialog box.
Note
When a registered Print Mode is to be set as the default (so this print mode
is always selected when the Print dialog box is open), select its name in the
Register Settings dialog box and click the Defaults button. If a check mark
is shown next to a name, it indicates that the print mode is set as the
default.
Removing registered print settings
When a registered print mode is no longer necessary or you want to register a different
setting under the same name, delete it by following these steps:

Open the Print dialog box and click the Apply... button.
The Register Settings dialog box is displayed.
