OPERATION

WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you
careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a
second is sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Always wear eye protection with side shields
marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do
so could result in objects being thrown into your
eyes, resulting in possible serious injury.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this tool.
The use of attachments or accessories not recom-
mended can result in serious personal injury.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this tool for the purposes listed below:
 Straight line cutting operations such as cross cutting,
mitering, ripping, and beveling
NOTE: This saw is designed to cut man-made tile, pavers,
and stone tile products only.
USING THE PUMP SWITCH
See Figure 22.
The pump switch on the saw arm, has three positions:
A) With the pump switch in position A (button up), the pump
will start when the on/off switch is turned on.
B) With the pump switch in position B (button down), the
pump switch is always on and the pump is always
running.
C) With the pump switch in position C (button in the middle),
the pump is always off.
USING THE PUMP AND CLEANING NOZZLE
See Figure 23.
To use the submersible pump:
 Unscrew the drain plug located under the water tray.
 Fill the water tank two-thirds full.
 Center the water tank on the lower brace of the leg stand
and push the tank firmly against the center brace until it
locks into place.
 Turn the diverter valve to the left to run water through the
saw arm and over the cutting wheel.
To use the cleaning nozzle:
 Remove the cleaning nozzle from the storage holder, and
use the nozzle to clean the wheel, water tray, etc.
 Turn the diverter valve to the right.
