Paper jammed in the transport unit of the printer while printing.

Follow the steps below to remove jammed paper.

1. Open the maintenance cover and lift up the release lever.

2. Remove the jammed paper.

3. Load the paper.

4. If "There is a job which has not been printed yet. Do you want to print this job?" appears on the

touch screen, tap Yes.

Printing will resume, starting from the page on which the error occurred.

If the paper still jams even after removing all the printed documents from the top delivery tray, the printed

image, paper width, temperature, humidity, and other printing conditions may not be suitable for outputting

to the top. Switch to front output and print.

If the error appears again, the printer may be damaged. Contact your Canon dealer for assistance.
