It is recommended that you remove all printed documents on the tray when removing them. Returning the printed

documents to the tray may cause paper jams.

Is the output location set to the top?

When ejecting from the top, the paper may jam depending on the printed image, paper width, temperature and

humidity. In this case, switch the output location to the front.
