Incorrect device driver or no
device driver is installed.
The device driver is not
installed in Windows.
An external pointing device
is connected and the system
has disabled the internal
pointing device.
Solution(s)
Press the Fn + NumLk keys to enable the
Num Lock function and embedded numeric
keypad. The Num Lock icon on the status
panel turns on.
Enter the password to exit QuickLock.
Solution(s)
Install the device driver.
Install the device driver in Windows.
Initiate Suspend and disconnect the external
pointing device.
