Troubleshooting
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Open relay. Circuit inoperable.
Shorted relay. Circuit inoperable.
Open heater.
Unplugged ribbon cable between
power and main circuit boards.
Temperature is below 75°F.
Heater inoperable.
Probe inoperable.
Relay inoperable.
Temperature is above 300°F
(abnormal operation).
Probe is inoperable.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace power circuit board.
Replace power circuit board.
Test heater resistance (150.2 Ohms).
Replace heater if necessary.
Verify ribbon cable connection.
Normal display during warmup.
Test heater resistance (150.2 Ohms).
Check for open thermocouple wires from probe.
Replace heater/probe assembly.
Replace power circuit board.
Diagnostic circuit inoperable. Replace power
circuit board.
Check for pinched thermocouple wires from
probe. Replace heater/probe assembly.
