Description to enter a description of your event.
Priority to select an event priority.
From to schedule the start time.
To to schedule the end time.
Location to editing the location of your event.
Alarm to select your desired setting from On or Off.
Alarm Time to edit the alarm time (number of hours or minutes before the event
starts).
Repeat to select Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

Press Save (left softkey) to add the event.
Tip: Press the navigation key up or down to scroll by week through the calendar, and the Side
Up/Down key to scroll by month.

Event Alerts

There are several ways your PCS Phone alerts you of scheduled events:
By playing the alert tone. (Depends on the ringer type and ringer alert setting.)
By blinking the LED.
By displaying event's description on the Main LCD with the phone open.
By lighting backlight of LCD. (Depends on the backlight setting.)

Event Alert Menu

When your phone is turned on and you have an event alarm scheduled, your phone alerts you
and displays the event summary.
To silence the alarm:
Press any key to stop the alarm. (The alarm will stop and then sound again after the
selected snooze interval.)
Press Dismiss (right softkey) to dismiss the event.
Note: If you press Dismiss (right softkey), the event will be added to Unchecked Event list and
the list will appear when you access the calendar menu next time.

Viewing the Event List

To View your Event list:
1.
Select MENU/OK > Tools > Calendar.
2.
Using the navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like to view events and
press MENU/OK. (If you have events scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed in
chronological order.)
