Press as to select [NTP SYNCHRONIZATION], and press qw to switch to [ON].

f The setting of the date and time will be completed.
Note
f To set the date and time automatically, the projector must be connected to the network.
f If you set the date and time automatically, set the [SETUP] menu → [ECO MANAGEMENT] → [STANDBY MODE] (x page 75) to
[NORMAL]. If an item other than [NORMAL] has been set and the input has been set to signage, the image will disappear temporarily when
synchronizing with the NTP server with the projector powered on or when the power has been turned on.
f If synchronization with the NTP server fails just after [NTP SYNCHRONIZATION] is turned [ON], or if [NTP SYNCHRONIZATION] is turned
[ON] while the NTP server is not set, [NTP SYNCHRONIZATION] will return to [OFF].
f Access the projector via a web browser to set the NTP server. Refer to "[Adjust clock] page" (x page 121) for details.
f The projector is equipped with the NTP server function. By using this projector as an NTP server, you can synchronize the time of other
projectors in the same network. For example, it is effective when you use multiple projectors of this model and play back the schedule of
the Content Manager simultaneously, under the environment where access to an external NTP server is not possible. For the steps to play
back a schedule simultaneously, refer to "Playing back the schedule simultaneously in multiple projectors" in the "Operating Instructions –
Content Manager Manual".
[SAVE ALL USER DATA]
Save the various setting values as backup to the built-in memory of the projector.
1)
Press as to select [SAVE ALL USER DATA].
2)
Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [SECURITY PASSWORD] screen is displayed.
3)
Enter a security password and press the <ENTER> button.
4)
When the confirmation screen is displayed, press qw to select [OK], and press the <ENTER> button.
Attention
f Do not turn off the power supply of the track system while data is being saved.
Note
f When [SAVE ALL USER DATA] is executed, it may take approximately 30 seconds to complete saving data. Note that while data is being
saved, projection disappears, and all buttons on the remote control and the power <v/b> button on the power supply unit are disabled.
[LOAD ALL USER DATA]
Load the various setting values saved as backup in the built-in memory of the projector.

Press as to select [LOAD ALL USER DATA].
2)
Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [SECURITY PASSWORD] screen is displayed.
3)
Enter a security password and press the <ENTER> button.
4)
When the confirmation screen is displayed, press qw to select [OK], and press the <ENTER> button.

f The projector will go into the standby mode to reflect the setting values when [LOAD ALL USER DATA] is executed.
