A.) Slide the Seat onto Rowing Rail (#45) and slowly down to the bottom.
B.) Attached one Bumper Stopper (#36) onto each Rail Track. Secure each Bumper Stopper with one
M8 x ¾" Allen Bolt (#34).
C.) Attach the Rear Support (#54) to the Rowing Rail (#45). Secure it with two M8 x 1 ⅝" Allen Bolts
(#42), one M8 x ⅝" Allen Bolt (#19), and three Ø ⅝" Washers (#43).
D.) Thread two Rear Leverage Knobs (#55) to the Rear Support (#54).
STEP-4
A.) Flip down the Rowing Rail to floor.
