B.) Insert a Rowing Rail Axle (#41) through the pivot on Rowing Rail. Secure the pivot to the bracket
with one M8 x ¾" Allen Bolt (#34) and one Ø ⅝" Washers (#37) to each end of the Axle.
C.) Insert the Lock Pin (#35) back to hole the Rowing Rail in vertical position.
