Probable Causes
Paper or debris is dragging the
bottom of the transfer belt.
The paper guides in the trays are
not set correctly.

Solutions
• Remove the paper or debris
from the printer.
• Replace the Transfer Belt,
which is included in the
Maintenance Kit.
