BIOS Settings

The BIOS Setup utility is a hardware configuration
program built into your computer's Basic Input/
Output System (BIOS). Since most computers are
already properly configured and optimized, there is
no need to run this utility. However, if you encounter
configuration problems and get the "Run Setup"
message, you will need to run this utility.
Note: To maintain optimal computer perfor-
mance, it is recommended that you retain the
default system configurations in the BIOS Setup
utility. If you want to adjust these configura-
tions, contact your dealer or qualified service
technician for assistance.
Entering Setup
Power on the computer to start the system POST
(Power On Self Test) process. While booting, press the
key combination Ctrl+Alt+Esc simultaneously. The
"Setup Utility" Main menu then appears:

performance with light system loading.

control the screen. Use the arrow keys to move
between items, ESC to exit, and F10 to save the
