Setup
Charging the battery by connecting to an USB-AC adapter with a USB
connection (model F-5AC)
The battery can be recharged by connecting the recorder to the provided USB-AC adapter (F-5AC).
NOTE
• Before charging the battery, insert the
rechargeable battery provided and set
[Battery] to [Ni-MH].
1 Remove the USB connector cover.

Slide open the USB connector cover using the
pad of your finger.

Connect the voice recorder to the
USB connector on the USB-AC
adapter.

Connect the USB-AC adapter to
an AC power outlet.
4 Press the OK button to start
charging.
• Press the OK button while this
message is blinking.
• The LED indicator light lights while
charging.
5 Charging has finished when
[Battery full] appears.
NOTE
• Use only the Olympus USB connecting
USB-AC adapter model provided
(F-5AC).
