Troubleshooting
Description
The current position data is not updated.
An invalid (discontinuous) current position
data is obtained.
The protective function (E.1 to E.3) is
activated.
The protective function (E.4) is activated.
The option is not recognized.

TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check for cable connection between the SSI device and this option. Also make sure that the
shield is connected.
• Take EMC measures.
• Turn ON the power supply of the SSI device again.
• Turn ON the power supply of the inverter again.
• Set parameters correctly.
• Adjust parameter settings according to the settings or specifications of the SSI device, and turn
OFF then ON the power supply of the SSI device.
• Check for cable connection between the SSI device and this option. Also make sure that the
shield is connected.
• Replace cables.
• Install the option correctly.
• Install the option correctly.
• Replace the option board if the option is connected correctly and the operation does not restart
after the inverter power supply is turned ON again.
• Install the option correctly.
• Install the option to the FR-A800-AWH inverter. (This option cannot be used for the inverters
other than the FR-A800-AWH inverter.)
