This function cuts (deletes) the audio data
between the IN and OUT points on the
selected track, and shifts the remaining
recording after the OUT point forward to the
IN point. Therefore, the track becomes shorter.

This operation does not change the length of
the track.

duplication)
Use this function to duplicate a single track,
a track pair or the master track on a different
track or track pair. Each track is copied
