Tamper-Evident Security Seals

In compliance with the security requirements of the Federal Information Processing
Standards (FIPS140-2), FIPS-compliant tamper-evident security seals are applied
to potential access points on this device. Security seals provide evidence of
unauthorized tampering or removal of components.
Worn, damaged or missing seals must be replaced immediately.
Replacement seals are available for purchase from Siemens. For more information,
contact a Siemens Sales representative.
There are three ways to determine if a security seal has been tampered with:
