SAFETY INFORMATION This equipment is designed and sold for commercial use only, and is intended for use by personnel trained and experienced in its operation. This is not sold for consumer use in and around the home nor for use directly by the general public in food service locations. Before using your new equipment, read and understand all the instructions and labels associated with the unit prior to putting it into operation. - Page 6 DO NOT attempt to wash the HEPA / CHARCOAL filter pack or pre-filter. Water absorption will render the filter unusable. Use of a wet or clogged filter will cause the ventilator system to shut down. Use only new, clean Wells® Authorized Service Parts. Keep spare filter packs on hand to avoid disruptions.

GENERAL INSTALLATION INFORMATION The unit is shipped ready to be hardwired to an electrical box specified for its voltage and amp draw. If improper electrical supply can not be determined through troubleshooting, contact a qualified electrician prior to using the unit. Improper electrical installation can void the warranty. Should you require assistance, contact your local authorized service agent for any service or required maintenance. -

Control Panel NOTE: Cooking appliances must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. During normal operation, the illuminated power switch will be the only light on the control panel that will be ON. If the CHECK FILTERS light illuminates, check BAFFLE FILTERS, PREFILTERS, and the HEPA AIR FILTERS for proper installation. -
