Operation
Monitoring the temperature
The warning signals prevent the temperature from falling or rising too much unno-
ticed, which could affect the quality of the wine. Once the wine cooler has reached
the set temperature, the warning signal and the temperature display flashing stops.
A warning signal sounds and the temperature display flashes in the following cases:
• The inner temperature deviates from the set temperature by more than 5 °C
(41 °F).
To switch off the warning signal prematurely:
➤ Press the
button briefly
✔ The temperature display flashes until the set temperature is reached. The display
is then illuminated constantly and indicates that the alarm system is active again.
Storing and serving temperatures for wine
The recommended storing temperature for white wine and red wine is between
10 °C (50 °F) and 14 °C (57 °F).
