Overview

The PDBK-A640 Professional Disc Cart Mount Kit is an option kit

exclusive for the Sony PDW-F70/F75 Professional Disc Recorder.

Attaching the option kit to the PDW-F70/F75 enables the recorder to be

mounted in the PDJ-A640 Professional Disc Cart.

Note

Always verify that the unit is operating properly before use. SONY

WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATION OR

REIMBURSEMENT ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT

OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS DUE TO FAILURE OF THIS UNIT,

EITHER DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD OR AFTER

EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY, OR FOR ANY OTHER

REASON WHATSOEVER.

The PDBK-A640 consists of the PDBK-101 Network Board and the

front panel assembly.

This manual covers the procedure for replacing the original front panel

of the PDW-F70/F75 with this front panel assembly.

For the overview of the PDBK-101 and how to mount it to the PDW-F70/F75,

refer to the Installation Instructions (supplied) for the PDBK-101.

For the functions, operations, and adjustments of the PDW-F70/F75, refer to the

Operating Instructions for the PDW-F70/F75.
