Transfering to a call on hold

About this task

You can place an active call on hold to attend an incoming call. Use this task to transfer the

incoming call to the call on hold.

Procedure

1. Dial the extension of the first person you want to call.

2. When the first person answers the call, press Hold.

• To make a new call, do the following:

- Press the NewCall softkey.

- Dial the extension of the second person you want to call.

• To answer an incoming call, press Answer:

To toggle between the calls, press Swap.

3. When the second person answers the call, press the Transfer softkey.

4. Press Transfer to confirm the transfer.
