Insert the handle assembly into the mounting
bracket.

Insert the clevis pin through the handle assembly
hole, into the bottom hole of the mounting
bracket and through the panel of the support
bracket. Secure the handle assembly with a cotter
hairpin.
5.
With the mower discharge deflector in the down
position, secure the handle bracket to the RH
frame using two 3/8–16 x 1 inch self-tapping
screws as shown in Figure 4.

Flip up the existing discharge deflector.

For 48 inch Models Only: An additional spacer
bracket must be installed between the mounting
pin bracket and the Operator Controlled
Discharge accessory assembly as shown in
Figure 5.
