10.10 Energy-saving operation

Set the amount of output voltage to be reduced in F40.
Set as the percent of Max output voltage.
For fan or pump applications, energy consumption can be dramatically reduced by decreasing the output
voltage when light or no load is connected.

This is used to prevent possible fault from occurring if the inverter outputs the output voltage during operation
after the load is removed.
The inverter estimates the motor rpm based on output current, so detecting exact speed is difficult.
