Solving Irregular Printing Problems

Use the following procedures to fix minor printing problems. If print quality does not improve
after implementing the procedures below, contact the authorized dealer.
Symptom
Light image
Dark image
Partial void image
Cause
Print density is not properly
set.
Toner in the Imaging Car-
tridge is running out.
Print density is not properly
set.
The paper in the tray is
damp.
Action
Change the print density
setting as necessary.
Replace the Imaging Car-
tridge with a new one.
Change the print density
setting as necessary.
Replace the damp paper
with fresh, dry paper.
