How to remove the lens cover ?
1. Loosen the 2 indicated screws.

2. Open the protective cloth (enlarge the opening) and pull the lens cover gently from the front of the projector.

How to remove the installed lens ?
1. Disconnect the lens from the motor connection board
2. Support the lens with one hand.
