Depending on the card type used, you'll be
presented with the following Pre-Auth functions.
• Receipt
• Cancel
• Complete
• Extend
• Adjust

Select Cancel.

Select reason for cancellation.
10. Select Submit.
The terminal will display whether the transaction has
been approved or declined.
11. The terminal will print a merchant copy of
the receipt.
It will then prompt the cardholder to select how they
wish to receive their customer copy of the receipt,
(e.g, printed or emailed).
