10.15. Disassembly of iPod Unit

• Refer to "Disassembly of Rear Cabinet Assy".
• Refer to "Disassembly of CD Mechanism".
Step 1 Detach 14P FFC at the connector (CN59001) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 2 Remove 1 screw.
Step 3 Release the iPod Open spring from the catch.
Step 4 Remove the iPod Open spring.
Caution: Keep the CD Open spring in a safe place and
place them back during assembling.
Caution: During assembling, ensure that the end of the
iPod Open spring is properly inserted in the slot.
