RLCM trouble locating and clearing

engineering and field maintenance personnel. This personnel must have a
basic knowledge of the DMS-100 Family of switches and of the Remote
Line Concentrating Module (RLCM). Operating company personnel who
need specific, step-by-step procedures to perform maintenance tasks do not
