    • The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery could result in serious injury. • Never allow children to charge the battery. Battery charging must be done by adults only. A child could be injured by the electricity involved in charging the battery.

    U-Clip #1 Slot • Using safety scissors, separate the U-clips from the plastic connector. Dispose of the plastic connector. • The U-clips and base platforms are marked with a “1” or a “2”. Note the markings on the U-clips and base platforms.

    Important Note: Use only a Power Wheels (4 Amp/hr.) battery with a Power Wheels installed. Use of any other battery or fuse will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels charger before operating your vehicle for the first time.
