Download the app.

Download and install the "OMRON
HeartAdvisor" app onto your smart device.
STEP
Pair your smart device.

1) Turn on the Bluetooth
device.
2) Open the app and follow the instructions.
Note: You can ignore STEP 1 & 3, if you don't
want to pair with a smart device.

Insert 4 "AAA" batteries.

Set the measurement

The date and time will be automatically set
when paired with your smart device. To set
manually, follow the instructions below:
1) Press the button and the "inchlb" blinks.
2) Press the button to adjust the measurement
unit.
3) Press the button to confirm the
measurement unit.
When complete, the year will blink.
4) Repeat the same steps to adjust the year,
month, day, hour, and minute.
5) After all of the settings are entered, the
power automatically turns off.
