MAGNETO ROTOR AND STATOR COIL
ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
NOTE:
Attach the sheave holder 2 to hold the rotor.

NOTE:
Turn the magneto rotor until the stator coil
assembly bolts are visible through the holes in
the rotor, and then remove the bolts.
NOTE:
3 9 Remove the magneto rotor 1 together with

9 Fully tighten the tool holding bolts, making

The magnetic force of the magneto rotor is
very strong. Therefore, do not change the
position of the magneto rotor and stator
coil assembly during or after removal, oth-
erwise they may be damaged.

GENERATOR
1. Remove:
9 Magneto rotor nut 1
Sheave holder:
YS-01880, 90890-01701
2. Remove:
9 Stator coil assembly bolts 1
9 Tubes
3. Remove:
9 Magneto rotor 1
the stator coil assembly using the magneto
rotor puller 2.
sure the tool body is parallel with the mag-
neto rotor. If necessary, one screw may be
backed out slightly to level the tool body.
