VALVE LIFTER INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
9 Valve lifter
Damage → Replace.

CAMSHAFT ASSEMBLY

1. Install:
9 Camshaft 1
cC
Be sure to align the hole a of camshaft
gear with the crankshaft gear mark b.

CRANKCASE COVER INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
9 Crankcase cover 1
Damage → Replace.
9 Bearing 2
Noise/wear/rotational failure →
Replace.

CRANKCASE COVER INSTALLATION

1. Install:
9 Crankcase cover bolts 1 to 6
NOTE:
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in two
steps and in order from 1 to 6.
