Restrictions on ColorGATE Productionserver
Solution
Use an OS other than Windows
8.1.
Uninstallation ran successfully.
For a job that has finished
abnormally and remains in the
print queue, before you delete it
with [Delete Print Data], move
the job to the job archive, and
then restart printing.
This issue affects only the
preview display, and it does not
affect the print output.
Use only single-byte characters
in file names.
Although no completion
message is displayed, printing is
executed.
