When you use Traditional NI-DAQ, configure virtual channels in MAX.
1.
In MAX, right-click Data Neighborhood and select Create New.

Select Traditional NI-DAQ Virtual Channel in the Create New
window and click Finish. The Create New Channel wizard opens.
3.
Follow the instructions in the Create New Channel wizard to create a
new channel. For additional information about configuring different
channel types, refer to the Measurement & Automation Explorer Help
for Traditional NI-DAQ.
Each API includes a collection of programming examples to help you get
started developing an application. You can modify example code and save
it in an application. You can use examples to develop a new application or
add example code to an existing application.
To locate LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI examples, open the National
Instruments Example Finder:
In LabVIEW, select Help»Find Examples.
In LabWindows/CVI, select Help»NI Example Finder.
