Open the Page Setup dialog box.

Click [Utilities].

Select [Test Print] from the pull-down menu, and then click [Print Head
Alignment].
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note
Straight lines can become misaligned if the paper thickness lever has been
moved. Aligning the print head may also resolve this problem.
Remove the print head and then reinstall it correctly.
After reinstalling the print head, ensure you align it.
Print Quality is Poor or Contains Errors
