The functions of the <
makes the exposure compensation method and aperture setting method
(during manual exposure) the same as with the EOS-1.
This setting is identical to the EOS-1N's Custom Function CF-11 set to 2
for the left or right focusing point selection method. With this setting, you
can select the focusing point while pressing the shutter button halfway (or
