Loss of sync, carrier loss, BPV threshold
exceeded, or data link failure.
Conditions for a minor alarm have continued
for more than 2.5 seconds.
TR-08 alarm messages appearing in the alarm or history
log have been received from the far end. If the NI detects
one of the above conditions, it will send the appropriate
alarm (if enabled) to the far end but no message will ap-
pear in the alarm or history log.
Data is looped at both the network interface
and DTE interface of the card
