• Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam.
The surfaces which are marked with this sign are very hot during the use of the appliance. At the
end of each cycle, a cooling down period will occur. Do not touch these surfaces if the cycle has been
stopped before it ends.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or if the appliance has been dropped, damaged or has a leak. To
avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance. Take it to the nearest approved
service centre for examination and repair. Incorrect reassembly or repair could cause a risk of fire, electrical shock or
injury to persons when the appliance is used.
• Always unplug the appliance at the end of each use.
• To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• The use of accessory attachments other than those provided by the manufacturer is not recommended and may
result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
• The appliance must be used and placed on a flat, stable, heat-resistant, surface.
• The product must be placed on hard surfaces (do not place the product on carpet).
• Check the electrical power cord for sign and wear or damage prior to use. If the electrical power cord is damaged, it
must be replaced at an approved service centre to avoid any danger.
• Do not use other descaling products than the one cited in the IFU.
• This appliance is intended only for drying textiles washed in water. Do not dry articles that have been previously
cleaned in, washed in, soaked in, or spotted with gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents, or other flammable or explosive
substances, as they give off vapors that could ignite or explode.
• Do not use the appliance to dry clothes which have traces of any flammable substance, such as vegetable oil, cooking
oil, machine oil, flammable chemicals, paint thinner, etc., or anything containing wax or chemicals, such as mops and
cleaning cloths. Flammable substances may cause the fabric to catch fire by itself.
• Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids near this or any other appliance.

• If contamination (detergent, dirt, food residue, etc.) has accumulated in the product or any accessories, unplug the
power cable and then wipe the contaminated area with a soft, wet cloth.
• Do not use heat to dry articles containing foam rubber or similarly textured rubberlike materials.
• Ensure the exhaust opening and adjacent surrounding areas are not obstructed.
• When moving the product, always make sure to keep the power cord protected.
• To avoid electric shock, fire, serious injury, product damage, and/or death, do not install the product in humid locations
(such as a bathroom or sauna).
• To avoid fire, smoke, and/or product damage, do not install the product near other heat sources (such as a stove or
heater).
• The two stabilizers located under the product must be extended.
• To avoid physical injury and/or product damage, do not climb, stand, or hang on the product.
• Do not touch or operate the remote-control product with wet hands.
• To avoid electric shock and/or fire, keep all animals or other foreign objects out of the product
• If you hear strange noises, smell strange odors, and/or detect smoke from the product, immediately unplug the
product.
• Do not place heavy or dangerous objects in, on, or around the product.
• Do not place objects inside or on the top of the product (including the remote control)
• Take out all personal belongings (electric devices, lighters, matchboxes, and so on) from pockets.
• Do not use other products to dry the interior. Do not use candles to remove interior odors.
• Do not open the door while the product is operating. Opening the door while the product is operating will affect
product performance and may cause risk of burns.
• Keep fingers out of pinch point areas. Use caution when closing and opening the cabin.
• Use caution during the installation and the manipulation.
• Use caution during the manipulation of the straighteners in order to avoid injures on fingers and feet.
• To prevent product damage and/or physical injury, have at least two people to lift the product.
• To avoid electric shock, do not use sharp objects to operate or clean the product.
• Do not spray water directly onto the product when cleaning it.
• Do not use bleaching agents on the exterior of the product. Bleaching agents may discolour the exterior.
