Channel Display-Only Mode

You can use this feature when you need very simple operation: only stored memories can be
selected, and are displayed as "[ 1-:. : ' c'
name display. Indicators for previousl y stored settings such as repeater shift and tone squelch are
still displayed, although they cannot be changed. Only the settings listed below can be changed
as described

High/Mid/Low TX power and locking function: use

CALL channel instant recall: press

Priority channel recall: press
After programming memories, you can activate Channel Display-Only operation by turning
the transceiver off, then pressing and holding the
again. Repeat this step to return the transceiver to normal.
