Multi-Feeding
Description When the paper is feeding, multiple pages are fed.
Step Cause and Check Point
Check that the power code is plugged into

electrical outlet. Is it plugged?
2 Is the on/off switch in the ON position?
Check if the power input and SMPS output

are normal. Is it normal?
4 Check the LCD panel. Is it normal?
Skew paper
Description Paper is skewed.
Step Cause and Check Point
1 Check the paper is loaded properly.
Check the rollers on paper path is dirty.

Is it dirty?
3 Pick up roller, feed roller is defective.
