Suggested Solution
Take out the toner cartridge and re-install it.
1. Check the OPE PBA connection. If the harness is
properly not connected to OPE PBA, re-connect it.
2. If the problem persists, replace the OPE PBA.
3. Replace the Main PBA.
1. Check the tray2 connection.
2. If there is no problem, replace the tray2 unit.
3. If the error message is still displayed, replace the Main-
PBA.
1. Check the tray3 connection.
2. If there is no problem, replace the tray3 unit.
3. If the error message is still displayed, replace the Main-
PBA.
1. Check the CN19 connector on Main-PBA.
2. Replace the Main-PBA.
