2. On the computer that needs to access that file (your notebook), map to the
file (or folder) on the other computer by doing the following:
a. From My Computer, select Tools and Map Network Drive.
b. Select the Drive letter that you want to assign to the file (or folder).
c. Click Browse to locate the file (or folder) on the network and then
click Finish.
This file will now be listed as a drive under My Computer.
