STEP 5 (See Diagram 5)
A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#24) to the Arm Curl Stand (#10). Secure it with two M8 x 5/8"
Allen Bolts (#53) and two Ø 5/8" Washers (#41).
B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the top opening on the Front Post (#3). Use a M18 Lock
Knob (#39) to secure the Arm Curl Stand (#10) in position.
