The projector's
Auto Keystone
keystone distortion. It takes about one second after the projector starts
for the image to be corrected.
If your image is still distorted, do one of the following:

Focusing and Zooming the Image

Turn the focus ring on the projector to sharpen the image.
To enlarge or reduce the image, turn the zoom ring.
