Sequentially
numbered Print Jobs
This screen displays all the jobs currently in the queue. Each will be
identified with the following information: Queue number, Job
Name, Owner and Status.
Print Job owners will be identified by name.
Status - Common messages and explanations are listed below:

Processing indicates that the machine is currently
processing the image for this job.
l
Printing indicates that the machine is currently printing or
is scheduled to print the job.
l
Completed indicates that this job has completed printing.
This status will be seen only when the completed jobs
screen is selected.
l
Held + reason indicates that this job has been temporarily
stopped from processing. The job will remain in the queue
until released.
l
Deleted indicates that this job was deleted from the queue.
l
Paused occurs after someone presses the pause button on
the User Interface.
l
Waiting for the printer indicates the job is waiting to use
printer resources.
l
Pending indicates the print job has not yet been formatted.
l
Formatting indicates the machine is converting the job into
printable format.
