1. Reconnect the DHW cylinder to the pipework.
2. Insert new gaskets
and cylinder cap
3. Refit flange cover
stainless steel circular blank
required torque.

4. Fill the DHW cylinder from the DHW side.

5. When the DHW cylinder is pressurised, retighten
the screws on flange cover
40 Nm.
6. Fit thermometer sensor
