What to do if...

E3 is shown in the display

Cause

Faulty immersion heater. The heating wa-

ter temperature has risen to 90 °C.

Danger

DHW with temperatures in excess

of 50 °C can cause scalding.

At the DHW draw-off point ensure

that it is possible to mix in cold wa-

ter. If there are separate draw-off

points for the DHW and cold wa-

ter, always open the cold water tap

first.

Remedy

Notify your contractor.
