Mounting the burner
If the burner plate is not factory-fitted: Drill the burner
fixing holes in the burner flange. Cut out the burner
aperture with an oxy-acetylene torch.

In the case of different dimensions, adjust the cut-out

in the thermal insulation of the boiler door to the
flame tube diameter.

After mounting the burner, seal the annular gap
between the flame tube and the thermal insulation
block with thermal insulation mat

Mounting the combustion chamber sight glass
The sight glass casing with accessories is supplied
inside the combustion chamber.

The hole in the mat needs to be 10 mm smaller than
the diameter of the flame tube ( 7
10 mm). The blue side of the mat has to face the com-
bustion chamber.
