Horizontal distribution of the rafter hooks or mounting brackets

For each number of collectors, there is a specific allo-
cated number of rafter hooks or mounting brackets (for
use on sheet metal roofs).
The spacing between rafters and the potential snow
loads dictate how many rafters need to be used for fit-
ting the rafter hooks. The following tables specify
which rafters the rafter anchors or mounting brackets
should be secured to.
Type SV (vertical collectors)
The following tables detail the rafters on each of which
2 rafter hooks should be fitted. Here, the last digit indi-
cates the number of rafters required.
