The ME70
Title Bar
from the far left to the far right side.
The purpose of the
Title Bar
navigational information.
It provides buttons to hide or show the menu, to start and stop data recording, to open the
dialog box, and to open the context sensitive on-line help. It also provides a
Messages
few buttons related to operating system features.

Function
These buttons are used to control basic system functions.
• : Click this button to close down the ME70 application.

to indicate that a message is posted.

Date and time
This element shows the current date and time. The prefix "R:" identifies that the
current data is replayed from a previously recorded session.

These are not buttons, but information fields providing current geographical position.

Heading
This is not a button, it is an information field providing the ship's current heading.

Speed
This is not a button, it is an information field providing the ship's current speed.

Logo and product name
Click the right mouse button on the SIMRAD logo to open the
