Application guidelines

• Structure and Composition: The product consists of box, refrigeration system, control system
(including alarm system) and basket.
• The temperature display value of the transport cooler shows the value at the temperature sensor
probe in the box. Although the temperature displayed is sometimes somewhat different from the
actual value of the central part, it gradually approaching the true temperature.
• Use diluted neutral cleaner to clean the transport cooler. No brush, acid, gasoline, soap powder,
polishing powder or hot water should be used to clean the transport cooler. Because the above
material is likely to damage the painted surface with plastic rubber parts. Be careful not to wipe plastic
rubber parts with volatile solvents like gasoline.
• The stainless steel parts inside the transfer box are not acid resistant, please pay attention to the
anti-corrosion measures. Do not use acid media in the box !
• The transfer box is not used for a long time, the power supply (including backup battery power
supply) should be cut off .
• For each access to the sample, please reduce the opening time, so as not to cause large
fl uctuations in temperature and humidity in the chamber.
• The transport cooler should be kept around a certain gap for heat dissipation and emergency
convenient to cut off the power supply.
• EMC requirements:
This transport cooler meets IEC61326-1 emission and immunity requirements.
